Fixed issues with Windows Defender

Had to update the download with a new version because Windows Defender was throwing a hissy fit at the old one. Must have been the way I edited the .exe to give it a custom icon which was triggering it.

Updated version just uses a normal shortcut with the custom icon which you can move to wherever you want... Don't know why I didn't do that in the first place but hey-ho, there-ya-go.
